Why Can’t I Find My Bank When Linking My Account?

We partner with trusted third-party providers to help you securely link your external bank account to Fort Knox. While we support a wide range of financial institutions, there are some cases where your bank may not appear in the list of eligible options.
Why isn’t my bank showing up?
There are a few reasons why you might not see your bank:
- Your bank is not currently supported by our account linking partner.
- Your bank’s technical setup or policies may not allow the level of access needed to verify and monitor your account.
- Your account type (investments, loan, credit) may not meet our linking criteria.
We’re committed to maintaining high standards for account verification and security. To protect your funds and ensure smooth transfers, we only support banks that meet specific technical and compliance requirements.
What should I do if my bank isn’t listed?
If your bank doesn’t appear, here are your options:
- Try searching again using your bank’s full name or known alternate names (e.g., “Chase” vs. “JPMorgan Chase”).
- Use a different external account from another supported financial institution.
- Contact our support team to let us know which bank you’d like to use. While we can’t guarantee support, your feedback helps us prioritize future improvements.
Will more banks be added in the future?
Yes. We’re constantly working to expand our list of supported institutions as our technology partners grow their network and as more banks adopt the secure practices required to link accounts.
